So you’ve just received your new Windows 7 machine – x64 with 8GB of RAM – sweet machine. 

You install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, and expect to be able to take advantage of the cool Windows 7 preview pane to instantly see the contents of PDF Files only to find that the PDF Files don’t display!

The problem: The Acrobat installer doesn’t set the correct registry keys on x64 systems.

When you install the tool, it checks the current registry entries, and gives you a simple one-button click to fixing them:

After clicking Apply Fix your PDFs will preview instantly and you can immediately take advantage of this great Windows feature.
